NVQ Level 2 Painting and Decorating qualifications is a site based course for painters who work in the construction sector. Qualified, learners will be able to show that they are competent at their level.

How long does it take to complete the NVQ?

If you already have experience and you are a quick learner, qualification can take less then 6 months.

What does the NVQ Level 2 Painting and Decorating course cover?

Throughout the NVQ the candidate will be assessed on-site by a different range of methods, such as observations, professional discussion, written questions, evidence generated from the workplace and witness testimonials. 

Course Objectives

On completion of the NVQ, the candidate will be able to show that they are knowledgable and competent in their place of work.

What qualiafication you will get after a course?

Succesful candidate after the course will receive a certificate. With this qualification you are able to apply for CSCS Blue Skilled Worker card which enables you to get on site and conduct your work properly. This card is also showing your knowladge and ability to work. 

NVQ is good if you are changing your career or starting as an apprentice, you can  raise qualifications whilst working.
